Explore Zimbabwe from the Chinhoyi Caves to the great Zimbabwe Ruins. This journey also includes the majestic Victoria Falls and a canoe adventure on the Lower Zambezi River. Round off your journey with a visit to Kruger National Park.

A day-by-day breakdown of what to expect and where you'll be staying.


Victoria Falls to Kruger

Day 1, Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park

A short drive puts us on the edge of Hwange National Park and our game viewing begins! Other than the huge herds of Elephant, keep an eye out for some stunning bird watching with over 400 different species to see.

Day 2, Hwange National Park to Matopos National Park

Moving on to Bulawayo and the Matopos National Park. This afternoon we can explore San Bushman rock paintings and the next morning World's View and the site of Cecil John Rhodes' grave. Hopefully we will also see some Rhino here.

Victoria Falls to Kruger

Day 3, Matopos National Park to Great Zimbabwe Ruins

Today we head off into the Park and track Rhino on foot, game drive, see some bushman paintings and hang out with some local folks in their village.

Day 4, Great Zimbabwe Ruins to

The Bulawayo Historical Museum is worth a visit before we head back into South Africa crossing the border at Beitbridge. Be prepared for a long crossing while we complete border formalities, before we arrive at our camp.

Day 5, to Johannesburg

Today we head south towards Johannesburg - the City of Gold - where we spend the night and prepare for our amazing wildlife experience in Kruger National Park.

Day 6, Johannesburg to Kruger National Park

We depart Johannesburg and travel to the Mpumalanga region of South Africa - meaning 'place of the rising sun'. We enter the Kruger region and have the option of trying out a sunset game drive.

Day 7, Kruger National Park

Game Drives and animal spotting take up our day with the odd stop for lunch or a swim if the weather allows.

Day 8, Kruger National Park

We spend another day game driving through the Kruger National Park in search of smaller antelope, wildlife, birds and the Big 5!

Day 9, Kruger National Park to Johannesburg

An opportunity for a early morning game drive before we return to Johannesburg and the end of our tour.
