Day 1, Johannesburg to Tuli Block

An early morning departure takes us through the Limpopo Province into Botswana where we
camp in the area known as the Tuli Block. This thin strip of land in the south east of Botswana contains areas of commercial farmlands as well as well established game reserves with huge  herds of Elephants and hundreds of colourful bird species.

Day 2, Tuli Block to Khama Rhino Sanctuary

Our destination today is the Khama Rhino Sanctuary. This is a community based wildlife project that assists in saving the vanishing White Rhino as well as restoring former wildlife rich areas. We explore the sanctuary on an afternoon game drive.

Day 3, Khama Rhino Sanctuary to Makgadikgadi Pans

Travelling north east we head to the Makgadikgadi Pans where we appreciate these wide open spaces under an endless canopy of blue sky.

Day 4, Makgadikgadi Pans to Maun

After breakfast we leave behind the pans and head for the gateway town of the Okavango Delta. You have the oppertunity to take an optional scenic flight of the Okavango Delta before we head for our camp.

Day 5 to 6, Maun to Moremi Wildlife Reserve

From the Khwai River region we now head into the Moremi Game Reserve known as one of the most beautiful and varied reserves in Africa with an unprecedented concentration of wildlife. Here we explore the reserve on game drives and take a mokoro excursion to get the best views.

Day 7, Moremi Wildlife Reserve

After having explored the Khwai area we now head into the famous Moremi game reserve known as one of the most beautiful and varied reserves in Africa with an unprecedented concentration of wildlife. The full day is spent in the unspoiled nature of the Moremi Game Reserve.

Day 8, Moremi Wildlife Reserve to Kasane (via Savuti National Park)

We depart early, as there is another exciting day ahead of us!  We leave the camp in Moremi and transit through the national parks of Moremi, Savuti and Chobe to Kasane.  Keep an eye out for the wildlife that call this area home.  We reach Chobe Safari Lodge late in the afternoon

Day 9, Chobe National Park

With an early morning game drive we should spot some more game as they come out for a drink in the crisp, cool morning. After lunch we take a cruise on the Chobe River to spot some more of the world's largest mammals and some of the smallest bird species.

Day 10, Kasane to Victoria Falls

After a hearty brunch we make our way into Zimbabwe and to Victoria Falls. Approx 1700 m wide and 100 m high, Victoria Falls is a memorable sight! Take part in one of the many adventure activities or relax by the pool.

Day 11, Victoria Falls

Today you will have a chance to do a few of the optional activities on offer in this adventure paradise. The Falls can be seen from many viewing points in the Victoria Falls Park or from the Zambian side. You will have many photo opportunities. Bungee jumping enthusiasts can take the plunge from the Zambezi Bridge, which connects Zambia and Zimbabwe and the White water rafting is considered world class. Also, flights over the Vic Falls and the islands are available.

Day 12, Victoria Falls

The last day on safari gives you the opportunity to just relax and enjoy this spectacular natural wonder or you can join in the adrenalin rush that Victoria Falls is known for. Most activities are available throughout the year. On the ground the Falls can be seen from the Victoria Falls Park or from the Zambian side. Take a flight which will give you a panoramic view of the Falls, Batoka Gorge and the islands above the falls. Photographic opportunities abound. We suggest you allow yourself a few days after your safari if you wish to partake in some of the many activities.
