To start, you will need comfortable, loose, lightweight clothing - especially for the hot days. A rain jacket is essential if travelling to Uganda during the summer months, while clothing in neutral colours is best for game drives.
You will also need comfortable walking shoes as well as sandals, swimming costume and towels as well as sunglasses, sunscreen and a sunhat. A camera plus spare film or memory card and a pair of binoculars are also a must-pack.
