Lajuma budget safaris have a number of low cost accommodation and activities options available, making it ideal for travelers on a budget.

Lajuma forms part of the Thavha Ya Muno Private Nature Reserve and the Soutpansberg Conservancy, and is home to a diverse range of eco-systems including montane forests and montane grasslands, clear mountain streams with waterfalls and interesting archaeological sites.

The area is also rich in birdlife and game, with rare species such as narina trogon, crested guineafowl, sykes monkey, red duiker and leopard to be seen.
