About Lajuma

Laejuma a beautiful stretch of nature in the South African Soutpansberg Mountains. Nature lovers, hikers and adventurists love Lajuma because of the area's goregoues promise of hiking trails, nature walks, bird watching and game viewing.

Lajuma is known for its bold mountain scenery, pristine wilderness landscape and for the fact that it's close to a number of other great highlights for travellers.

Soutpansberg

Lajuma is piece of privately owned guest farm that's been well preserved and remains unspoiled in the Soutpansberg region's western strip.

Lajuma vegetation

The location of Lajuma means that travellers venturing to the area don't have to worry about malaria, giving it that little bit of extra appeal. Now that the worry of malaria is out of the way, it's time to enjoy Lajuma on a family adventure in South Africa.

Did you know that Lajuma has been declared a Natural Heritage Site? The location forms parts of the Luvhondo Nature Reserve which is footed within the Vhembe Biosphere Reserve.

Lajuma has a host of even greater natural attractions right in its backyard. Places like the Mapungubwe National Park, Tuli Wilderness Area, the Land of Legend, Makagabeng Plateau, Blouberg, and Kruger National Park are.
