A day-by-day breakdown of what to expect and where you'll be staying.
Day 1, Nairobi to Moshi
A short drive leads us to not only the biggest mountain in Africa but also the most awe inspiring! Under cloud most of the year, if we are VERY lucky we may catch a glimpse of the towering peak from the roadside, before arriving at the base camp.
Day 2 to 6, Mount Kilimanjaro
This 5 day climb weaves up the mountain from bush and tree level to snow capped Uhuru Peak via the Marangu Route. We stop for the ascent nights at Mandara, Horombo and Kibo Huts before a early push to reach Uhuru Peak for sunrise over Africa.
Day 7, Moshi to Nairobi
After a good nights rest we return to Nairobi in the late afternoon and the end of our trek.
