About Ouarzazate

Ouarzazate is found in the culturally rich country of Morocco. Ouarzazate is home to Atlas Film Studios, Draa River, the nearby Aït Benhaddou and the opportunity for travellers to enjoy a slice of the local culture with a number of day trips to nearby villages and attractions.

Just because it's hot and dry doesn't mean you don't get creatures calling the area home. Here a traveller has spotted a resident squirrel at Ouarzazate... and has been quick enough to capture him in the frame.

A tour of Ouarzazate is definitely one that will serve up a healthy portion of Moroccan culture and atmosphere. Enjoy!
