Map of Gondar

We searched high and low for the best maps of Gondar, but only came up with broader maps. Oh well, we've brought them to you anyway - hope they're useful. Gondar is quite a popular tourist destination in Ethiopia and the maps we've included tell the tale of the city as a place to explore. The maps show us that the Royal Enclosure Ruins hug a cluster of important historical buildings. You'll find the Fasilides Castle, Dawit's Hall, Iyasu's Palace, a banqueting hall, a chancellery, stables, Mentewab's Castle, library and three churches... but you'll come across all that in the maps below.
