Getting around Malawi
Getting around Malawi is fairly easy and simple, with three main ways of getting around the country's towns and villages. These are as follows:
Car:
Hiring a car is one of the easiest options, and also gives you more flexibility. Roads can be tough however, especially for inexperienced drivers.
Bus:
There are regular buses that run all over the country, from city centres and tiny villages in the rural areas.
Taxi:
Taxis can be taken from the airport as well as city centres and designated drop-off points, with private and mini-bus options.
