Kande Beach in Malawi

Kande Beach is just one of the many beaches that lie gracefully on the shores of Lake Malawi. Kande Beach offers an abundance of adventure activities and water sports. Backpackers delight in the fact that this rustic beach is off the beaten track and has become a meeting place for like minded overlanders. The Beach is secluded and is only accessible by vehicles exploring the area. There is a small village near the beach and the friendly locals often invite curious travellers to join them for a drink and some local food!

Overlanders make a stop in this area because of the opportunities to horse ride, snorkel, windsurf and to explore this little jewel of Lake Malawi.
