A day-by-day breakdown of what to expect and where you'll be staying.
Day 1, Pretoria
Spend the day in the friendly city of Pretoria famous for the purple Jacaranda lined streets. Explore the historical government buildings or visit the nearby Johannesburg for even more attractions and optional activities.
Day 2, Pretoria to Graskop
Departing early we make our way to Graskop stopping at various viewpoints along the scenic Panorama Route - including 'God's Window'- where magnificent views abound.
Day 3, Graskop to Kruger National Park
After viewing some more of Mpumalanga's magnificent scenery we head for the Kruger National Park and take in all the sights and sounds of this ever so famous National Park.
Day 4, Kruger National Park
Game Drives and animal spotting take up our day with the odd stop for lunch or a swim if the weather allows.
Day 5, Kruger National Park to Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary
We bid farewell to the Kruger region and make our way to the Kingdom of Swaziland, using the rest of the day to explore the rich Swazi culture and activities on offer in the Mlilwane National park.
Day 6, Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary to Greater St. Lucia Wetlands National Park
Leaving Swaziland we re-enter South Africa and make our way down to the warm Indian Ocean coast. Our afternoon is spent exploring the Greater St Lucia Wetland park - which is also a UNESCO world heritage site. We end our day with a sunset cruise on the lagoon.
Day 7, St. Lucia Wetlands
Our day is at leisure in the charming town of St Lucia. Explore the nearby Hluhluwe/Umfolozi National Park, relax on the beach or take part in one of many optional activities.
Day 8, St Lucia Wetlands National Park to Durban
Leaving the town of St Lucia we make our way to the coastal city of Durban which is also known as a surfer's paradise!
Day 9, Durban
Taking it easy we spend the day in the Durban region which has many options for shopping, adventure activities and sea going excursions.
Day 10, Durban to Drakensberg
From Durban we head inland to the majestic Drakensberg Mountain Range. the Drakensberg has always been favourite among hikers and nature lovers with various viewpoints and hiking trails.
Day 11, Drakensberg to Coffee Bay
Travelling further south we reach the Wild Coast and the quaint little town of Coffee Bay situated in a stretch of untouched beach.
Day 12, Coffee Bay
With our day at leisure we explore the local beaches and the famous rock feature 'Hole in the Wall' known as a home of angry spirits! Enjoy some of the optional activities or take in the Wild Coast's dramatic scenery.
Day 13, Coffee Bay to Addo Elephant National Park
After an early departure we make our way towards the dense valley-bushveld of the Eastern Cape and on to the Addo Elephant National Park.
Day 14 to 15, Addo Elephant National Park to Knysna
Making our way to the popular seaside town of Knysna, we are spoilt with choice when it comes to activities. Knysna is not only known as the Oyster town but the whole area offers some serious adventure activities.
Day 16, Knysna to Oudtshoorn
We take the scenic Outeniqua Pass into the Karoo and head to Oudtshoorn, famous for it's many Ostrich farms.
Day 17, Oudtshoorn to Cape Town
Making our way to the 'Mother City' of Cape town we make a stop in the oldest town in South Africa - Stellenbosch - where we have the option of tasting some of the best wines in the world. After an interesting day we head to Cape Town.
Day 18, Cape Town
Your tour ends this morning after breakfast. Make sure to spend a few extra days exploring this cosmopolitan city - the Mother City of South Africa.
