Kakum National Park Budget Travel

For nature lovers wanting to explore an unspoiled paradise, Kakum National Park budget travel offers the chance to visit one of Africa’s most untouched tropical forest reserves. Situated in Ghana, in the Coastal Plain region, the park is home to a large number of endangered and very rare species of wildlife, along with endless butterflies, birds and other insects.

Kakum National Park Budget Safaris

Most Kakum National budget safaris are done via foot with experienced guides. A huge highlight of the safari is a walk along the steep canopy walkways that run through the park, which offer the best way to take in the spectacular scenery below. While the walk to these canopies is fairly challenging, the experience of walking above the forest below is quite unforgettable. Camping is also available in the park for those who wish to spend more time amidst the beauty of this tropical forest.
