WildlifeLalibela wildlife is mostly found outside of the city. Native species to be found in Ethiopia include the Walia ibex, the Menelik's bushbuck, the mountain nyala, Swayne's hartebeest and the extremely rare and endangered Simien jackal or Ethiopian wolf.
