Dayne - OverlandingAfrica.com22 Dec 2010: Hi Mike, The best way would be overland but we do not have any tours that start in Addis Ababa and end in Cairo. The closest would be from Nairobi to Cairo but this tour only departs once or twice a year. The best way for the date you requested would be to fly between the two cities.Cheers
