Visas for England

With a tough immigrations authority, obtaining visas for England can be daunting. Visa requirements for England vary depending on your country.

Many nationals from the EU, Ireland, America, Canada, New Zealand and Australia do not need a visa to visit, however they do need to provide a letter of invitation from someone in England, proof of funds for the duration of their stay as well as return tickets.

South Africans, other African nationals and all other countries will require a visa to travel to England. Visa requirements can be strict, and travellers will need to provide a range of information including valid passport, proof of income for the duration of their stay, a letter of invitation as well as return plane tickets.

Travel visas for England are usually valid for six months, and can take anything from a few days to a few weeks to be processed, depending on your country of origin.
