What to Buy for your Holiday to Angola?

As you start preparing for your African adventure, you may be wondering what to buy for your holiday in Angola?

One of the most important things to buy for your holiday in Angola is luggage and a good, sturdy backpack. A decent money belt is also a good investment to keep your money and important travel documents safe. These are best worn underneath a t-shirt so that they are not visible.

Angola’s primary language is Portuguese, and English is spoken very seldom. A Portuguese phrase book as well as language tape to learn beforehand is therefore very useful.

Sleeping bags are also essential, especially on overland trips on Angola. Invest in a waterproof, sturdy sleeping bag that will last you your entire trip.

Mosquito repellent is essential, and you will need to take malaria medication before you leave to stay safe.
