Flamingo Camp has seven bungalows with comfortable beds and showers. An open-plan dining and bar area is just above a safe swimming beach.

Flamingo Camp offers surf fishing as well as offshore fishing. The area around Flamingo Camp has been protected by thirty years of civil war. The fish stocks are therefore in abundance. The Cunene river mouth is about two hundred kilometres away from Flamingo Lodge.

The weather is usually warm and sunny, so light clothes for the day but something warmer will be needed for the evenings. A highlight of the trip is the delicious meals prepared by an Angolan Chef – very tasty indeed.
